TenderLingua

A free pilot for language agencies

Seven days to see
what is worth a closer look.

Tell us your language pairs, services and countries. We will review relevant TED notices and email a short, source-linked assessment to help your agency decide what to investigate.

Free for seven days. No payment details. No automatic renewal.

Email a pilot request

Your pilot starts only after we confirm acceptance and the start and end dates by email. Sending a request does not start it.

What arrives in your inbox

A reason to investigate.
A clear view of the gaps.

Each review follows your agreed agency profile. We distinguish what a source states from what still needs checking, so a missing requirement is never mistaken for a requirement you satisfy.

Why it may fit

The buyer, service and language requirements found in the notice, with a short explanation of the connection to your profile. Unclear language pairs stay marked as unclear.

What was checked

Links to the official notice and any documents reviewed, the date of the check, and the deadline and key requirements we could verify.

What to check next

Unresolved questions, documents not yet reviewed and the next source to consult. A second review may revisit a notice if its information has changed.

No suitable match is also a result. If we find none, we will say so and identify the profile and sources checked. Two reviews do not mean six different opportunities. See the example briefs for the format.

From request to review

A small, defined test.

For translation and interpreting agencies that want to assess public opportunities. There is no account to create: the request and pilot correspondence happen by email.

  1. Send your profile

Tell us which language directions, services and countries matter to you, and whether you have evaluated a public tender recently.

  2. Wait for confirmation

We assess the request and reply. If accepted, we confirm the profile and the seven-day start and end dates before the pilot begins.

  3. Receive two reviews

We send the agreed reviews within those seven days and ask for feedback on their usefulness. The pilot ends on the confirmed end date, with no automatic renewal.

The four questions

  1. What is your agency name and website?
  2. Which language pairs do you cover? Please specify each direction.
  3. Which services—translation, interpreting or both—and countries are you interested in?
  4. Have you evaluated a public tender in the last six months? Yes or no is enough; a brief description is optional.

We use the information you email to assess your request and respond about the pilot. This is not a newsletter sign-up. Please do not send sensitive information, client documents, passwords or payment details.
